Patches (Kenai) @13435

‘Patches’ is believed to be a female from an encounter February 2022 with a very young calf by naturalist Kristina Rau. Identified as KFY78 (KF), GWAK-P282, she has been documented taking part in bubble net feeding events in Kenai Fjords in 2011, 2012, 2015, and 2020. Formerly also HW-MN0410464, HW-MN0410533 and HW-MN0410541. This whale is known from research conducted by the North Gulf Oceanic Society
