Chex Mix (2025 calf of Checkmarks) @141142

"Chex Mix" is the 2025 calf of Checkmarks, named during an epic entanglement first detected in June 2025. The calf suffered a complicated wrap of fishing gear around pectoral fins, across the back and also through the mouth. Multiple days of entanglement response attempted to free them. In October 2025, happily, the calf was encountered again, free from entangement!
