This whale is often seen in SE Alaska early in the season, and tends to have low, tucked dives, hence the nickname. Known since 2006 from the Juneau Flukes created by Suzie Teerlink, supported and managed by University of Alaska Fairbanks. This whale is known as a female from observation with a calf. Mother of Tidus (2019), Torpedo (2021) and Tawanda (2024). Also sighted as VD04-08-17-1030A
